After years in the creative industry, Daren envisioned a venue that captures the energy of late-night cities and the quiet intimacy of a shared meal. Inspired by cinematic worlds and the romance of train travel, Nightcar embodies movement, connection, and curiosity — a journey that begins the moment you step inside.

Blending moody design, considered details, and a menu that pays tribute to flavours from north of the Yangtze River, Nightcar celebrates the meeting of cultures and stories. It’s more than a restaurant — it’s an atmosphere.
